Had an appointment for a Brazilian wax. The lady who gave it to me was nice enough but did not do a good job at all. There was way too much hair still attached to my body after I left. The only plus side to this wax business is that they don’t charge full price for your first service if it’s your first time

This place is so awesome. Have been to other Waxing chains in the past and can not compare to here. The cereologists are all very nice and welcoming, real people who don’t judge you at all. Services are fast and easy. Great prices especially on the monthly plan for the service so you never have to worry. Nice mobile app to book appointments but in general just the people that work here make it special and friendly.
