No matter how you access us, you have our promise that you and your loved ones will receive high-quality care and commitment from our Providence-Swedish care team. Following is some information to help you identify the right place to go for care, learn more about your options and schedule an appointment quickly and easily.
We have many care options available for you. Here are some tips to help you know when to contact a primary care provider, or when to go to a walk-in/urgent care clinic or Swedish ExpressCare Virtual clinic. For many health issues, it's best to call primary care first.
Contact a primary care provider for:
- Non-urgent health care issues or concerns
- COVID symptoms
- Respiratory issues
- Chronic conditions
- Wellness check-ups
- Urinary symptoms
Be sure to use the MyChart secure online portal to schedule visits (including virtual visits), message your doctor, manage your prescriptions, and more. Visit MyChart or download the app today. You can also schedule any needed follow-upswhile you’re there.
Go to a Swedish Urgent Care Clinic for issues like:
- Nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea
- Abdominal pain
- Dehydration
- Strains and sprains
- Small lacerations that require stitching
- Urinary symptoms
Go to ExpressCare or ExpressCare Virtual for:
- Cold and flu
- Skin problems
- Select screenings and tests
- Cuts and scrapes
- Urinary symptoms
If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 911.
