We have many care options available for you. Here are some tips to help you know when to contact a primary care provider, or when to go to a walk-in/urgent care clinic or Swedish ExpressCare Virtual clinic. For many health issues, it's best to call primary care first.

Contact a primary care provider for:

  • Non-urgent health care issues or concerns
  • COVID symptoms
  • Respiratory issues
  • Chronic conditions
  • Wellness check-ups
  • Urinary symptoms

Be sure to use the MyChart secure online portal to schedule visits (including virtual visits), message your doctor, manage your prescriptions, and more. Visit MyChart or download the app today. You can also schedule any needed follow-upswhile you’re there.

Go to a Swedish Urgent Care Clinic for issues like:

  • Nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea
  • Abdominal pain
  • Dehydration
  • Strains and sprains
  • Small lacerations that require stitching
  • Urinary symptoms

Go to ExpressCare or ExpressCare Virtual for:

  • Cold and flu
  • Skin problems
  • Select screenings and tests
  • Cuts and scrapes
  • Urinary symptoms

If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 911.
