Although the authorized user can make JCPenney Credit Cardpurchases, he/she can not request accountinformation, make changes to the account, and is not responsiblefor repayment of the Account. The primary account holder isresponsible for any charges that the authorized user incurs on theaccount. A joint applicant and the primary cardholder share theresponsibility for their JCPenney consumer credit account.
