On my only visit to Crete, I came back to Toronto to discover that my camera hadn’t been picking up the film (yes, those were the days of film). Meaning every photo of Crete was gone, Knossos, Palaiochora, Chania, everything. It’s nice to revisit some of those places through your photos, so thank you!

I am love with and want to live in the house with the blue door! These photos look so much like Istria and the Dalmatian Islands. Same part of the world and one that we’ve grown to love very much. We really need to brush up on our history: the Minoans, the Phoenicians, and everybody else had such fascinating cultures and products. Your photos remind me we have lots to learn!
